Grand President Bertha Richmond replies to Alice Atwood that she has no records of the chapter votes on the Beta Beta chapter charter withdrawal. Richmond informs Atwood that the votes are sent to the Grand Secretary instead. Richmond asks that correspondence on the matter be sent to every chapter.
