Laura Pruitt to Katherine Doty Letter, August 17, 1908


Miss Doty researched the early days of the fraternity, and sent letters to the founders and early members. She asked Laura Pruett, about when she was an officer at the 1876 National Convention. In her response, Pruett recounts her memories of the experience. She mentions Amy Pruitt, the presiding officer, chapter delegates, and "some serious trouble in Delta Chapter," that was brought up during the convention.
