Grand Secretary Carla Sargent writes to Daisy Jones, on the motion to withdraw Beta Beta chapter's charter from the fraternity. Sargent asserts the Grand Council has considered the matter informally. Sargent again claims Beta Beta was notified immediately following the putting of the motion, and that nothing secretive is undertaken. There is a note on the back, Plaintiffs' Exhibit 23, with descriptive information, that the 'Grand Council's convictions perfectly clear.' Presumably this letter served as evidence in the Beta Beta chapter lawsuit against the fraternity.
