This candid photograph from the 1928 National Convention shows May Westermann (right), who served as Grand President from 1902-1904 and again as National President from 1922-1926, standing outside with other unidentified Kappas. In her honor, the 1928 National Convention saw the first presentation of the Westermann Cup, given to the chapter who had been most faithful in fulfilling its obligations to the national fraternity.
