May Westermann, who served as Grand President from 1902-1904 and again as National President from 1922-1926, is pictured third from the left. She, and the two women on either side, are dressed in academic robes during the 1928 National Convention in Breezy Point, Minnesota. In Westermann's honor, the 1928 National Convention saw the first presentation of the Westermann Cup, given to the chapter who had been most faithful in fulfilling its obligations to the national fraternity.
