An Outside View of Kappa

These excerpts from a speech given by prominent fraternity historian Frederick D. Kershner, Jr at the 1970 Convention opening session include a claim that, "Greek problems are no longer separable from community, national, and even international problems." Kershner also describes Kappa as a leading force in the founding of alumnae organizations, centralized government, women's rights activity, Greek journalism, and social reform involvement. Kershner is optimistic about Kappa's future, because he feels Kappa has a track record of positive growth.
