The Rheva Ott Shryock Gavels are presented to alumnae associations for their outstanding service to an active chapter. It was first awarded to the Philadelphia Alumnae Association in 1962 in honor of the Grand President. The McNaboe Awards are presented to alumnae associations for best performance in all departments.
