The Alumnae Collection includes documents, ephemera, newsletters, letters, newspaper clippings, meeting minutes, and more focused primarily on Alumnae Clubs and Associations.

The Audio Visual Collection contains audio and video recordings of Fraternity events such as National Conventions as well as recordings of songs, recruitment skits, educational material, and interviews.

This collection contains images of both the interiors and exteriors of Chapter houses through the years. The majority of the material in this collection is photographs, but there are also some sketches and technical drawings of chapter houses as well.

The Chapter Life Image Collection is made up of photographs depicting chapter life. There are images of formal chapter photographs, intramural sports teams, philanthropy events, Greek Week skits, Founders' Day celebrations, and much more. This collection also includes some photographs of alumnae.

The Chapter Manuscript Collection is made up of documents, correspondence, ephemera, reports, and other items related to individual chapters and their activities.

The Cleora Wheeler named collection contains a wide assortment of materials donated by Wheeler. Notably, it includes numerous book plates. There are also materials related to Wheeler in the Famous Kappas collection.

This collection contains clothing and textiles related to Kappa Kappa Gamma. Some of these items belonged to notable Kappa leaders, including Fraternity Presidents, Executive Secretaries, and notable alumnae. Other items are examples of those created to commemorate events such as Natinoal Conventions or Foundation campaigns. Many of the oldest clothing items were worn for years after they were donated to the Fraternity as part of the historical pageant at each National Convention.

The Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation/Philanthropy Collection contains materials related to the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation as well as general philanthropic efforts before the Foundation was established. The National Conventions Collection contains material related to every National Convention from 1876 to the present. Items in this collection include photographs, correspondence, documents, programs, newsletters, convention favors, and more.
