The Proceedings Collection is comprised of the official Fraternity proceedings for each year or two-year period. Each of the Proceedings contains the minutes of Fraternity Council meetings, reports from national officers and committee chairmen, and National Convention minutes, where appropriate. Many of the Proceedings also include individual chapter reports for the same period and copies of the Fraternity Constitution and Standing Rules.
