The Fancy Dress Ball Group 2 Slide, August 28, 1914


The Fancy Dress Ball, or Fancy Dress Party, at the 1914 National Convention. Kappas wore coordinated costumes by chapter to Ball. The first individual prize went to Mrs. Collins, from Theta Chapter, who represented a cubist portrait, dressed in stiff boards of post-impressionist colors. This image was featured on pg.s 254 of The Key, October 1914.
