As President, Priscilla focused on strategic planning, technology, and communication. She believed that staying up with the latest technology was a top priority, and thus the Fraternity website was reformed around a user-friendly interface. This digital transformation improved efficiency for Fraternity Headquarters, and allowed for members to easily find what they needed. But there were great challenges as well. In the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, the Council and Headquarters posted information about those members affected to the Fraternity website, in an effort to raise relief funds. Priscilla also introduced the Strategic Plan Survey, which gathered information to assist with biennial strategic planning.
