Fraternity News, March 1883

The fraternity new reports on many established politicians, businessmen, and academics associated with various fraternities, including the inventor of the electric light. They also report that Alpha Tau Omega has 29 living chapters, KKG was praised by Boston University, and the Chi Phi Quarterly suggested and carried out an editorial convention. They also praise the first issue of the Delta Kappa Epsilon Quarterly. It is noted that Phi Kappa Psi held its Ninth Triennial Convention in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on February 21-23rd which revived and established their publication the Shield.
