This convention message from Grand President Charlotte C. Barrell offers words to chapters, delegates, and all active and alumnae Kappas. To the chapters, Barrell recommends discussing questions to be considered and to send delegate information. To the delegates, Barrell asks them to become familiar with the Fraternity Directory and to acquaint themselves with other delegates from their province. To all Kappas, Barrell invites them to attend.
