The editors remind Kappas to "be bold, be bold, but not too bold," in the methods by which they recruit members, and not to descend into any ill-taste behaviors such as choosing girls based solely on intellect, judging girls at all based on looks, or employing such bribes as "chocolate cream" as methods of persuasion.
