Exchanges and Reviews, June 1887

The Key, Vol. 4, No. 3, June 1887

The editors find much to admire in the Delta Kappa Epsilon Quarterly, although they advise the editors of the publication not to send exchanges to a "fair editress" because the Key has had a new board of editors since August 1886. The editors joke that they cannot determine if the Beta Theta Pi is ironic or genuine, but they know that it is not funny. The Phi Gamma Delta Quarterly is given a subpar glancing review. The Rainbow is quoted for its practical suggestion that the traveling expenses of convention delegates be equalized for all. Editorials from the Alpha Tau Omega Palm, Sigma Nu Delta, and Kappa Alpha Journal are also quoted and agreed-with. A poem published in the Kappa Alpha is ridiculed and found "unpardonable" by the editorial board. The Key also commends the alumni department of the Delta Upsilon Quarterly.
