Tau chapter argues that a current Kappa rule, which forces the chapter who hosts the convention to pay all convention expenses, is outdated. In order to allow younger, capable chapters the honor of hosting a convention, Tau suggests that a policy be adopted wherein the grand treasury of KKG provides some, if not all, convention expenses. Additionally, Tau advocates for an increased number of sub-conventions. They argue that sub-conventions bind scattered chapters together.
