News Letters: Nu Chapter, May 23, 1883

The Golden Key, Vol. 1, No. 4, June 1883

Nu quotes Coleridge in their letters reflection on the slow arrival of spring, and adds that they have added one or two more members. They report that the Delta Gamma Fraternity has been reduced to one member, leaving Kappa victorious, and that they have shifted some of their meetings from afternoon to evening to accommodate their teaching and married members. Nu heard lectures from both Mrs. Livermore and Laura E. Dainty, hosted a masquerade party, and plans a more rigorous lecture series for next year.
