Extension Slideshow - Owl Slide

The bird of wisdom as well as the bird of Minerva, the Goddess of Wisdom, the owl was first used as a Kappa symbol in 1881. It was brought to the Fraternity by the Browning Society at St. Lawrence University which became Beta Beta Chapter.
