The Beta Nu Building Association agrees to pay a loan of $34,500.00 back to the Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity in two payments a year for five years at five percent interest. After five years the loan repayment agreement may be extended. Payment coupons eight through 39 are also included, with coupons one through seven having been removed. The Building Association's president and treasurer have signed all the payment coupons and the mortgage document.
