The Beta Nu Building Association officers make an agreement with Kappa Kappa Gamma to borrow $6,700.00 to be repaid at six percent interest. Semi-annual payments of principal will equal $355.00. This is the second simultaneous mortgage on the Association's 15th Avenue property.
