This is a semi-annual report, covering August 25, 1894 to February 1895, and including reports omitted from the 1894 Convention Minutes. Report topics include associate chapter government, standing rules, stationery, deputies, official jewelers, chapter visits, badges, examinations, and Grand Treasurer's report. Petitions from Woman's College of Baltimore, Tufts College, University of Denver, and Colby University have been refused by Council. Vanderbilt University and University of California, Berkeley petitions are pending. As of January 1895, that the charter of Xi Chapter at Adrian College shall be removed was not passed but lost. The topic of Withdrawal of Charters is addressed. The first Gamma Province Convention in February 1895 is detailed.
