Local fraternity Epsilon Tau Sigma petitions Kappa Kappa Gamma to establish a chapter at Drake University. The petition includes black and white portrait photographs of the charter members. The petitioners provide facts about the university, its fraternities, and the petitioning group, as well as extensive letters of reference from both Kappas and other esteemed supporters. This 1920 petition is almost exactly the same as the 1921 version, less a few women's fraternities listed.
