Proposed Amendments to the Bylaws to Be Considered by the 1972 Convention

These proposed amendments to the Kappa Kappa Gamma Bylaws are for consideration at the 1972 National Convention. Most changes are related to Article XVI, Section 3 as a result of changes enacted by the Internal Revenue Service and the Tax Reform Act of 1969.
