Associate Chairman of Fellowships Pearl Dinan writes about the gift of funds for Japanese women to study in the United States and the resulting publicity for Kappa Kappa Gamma's Foreign Study Fellowship Program. Dinan also highlights the Virginia Gildersleeve and Nora Waln Foreign Fellowship Awards and their recipients. This is a draft copy that was featured in the "Kappa Kappa Gamma Opens Windows on the World" skit at the 1950 National Convention. A page of notes from the presentation is also available.
