Hotel Due Bill Form 2, June 25-July 1, 1958

This form allowed Kappas whose accomodations for the 1958 National Convention in Bedford Springs, Pennsylvania were entirely or partially covered by Kappa Kappa Gamma to claim the predetermined amount on their hotel bill.
