Beta Xi Chapter Delegate Margaret Caldwell attributes her chapter's new house to the Austin Alumnae Association, who assisted them in raising funds. It was the first Greek chapter house on the University of Texas campus. Ten members made the honor role, many were involved in campus activities, and several were elected to the student government.
