Theta Province President Berthe Lathrop discusses the activity during her year in office. The chapters in her province pledged to raise $100 for the Rose McGill Fund, but the plan was interrupted by the Endowment Fund campaign, which was successful. She was pleased with her chapter visits, and reported that all three chapters were representative of Kappa standards.
