In this letter, Anna Morningstar apprises Fraternity President Louise Barbeck and other fraternity officers of the progress made towards a commemorative stamp for 1970. She writes that she and Carolyn Carter visited with several members of Congress to make their case for the stamp. Morningstar reminds everyone that if the stamp is granted, that the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee will select an artist to produce the image.
