Ann Scott Morningstar to Barbeck, the Fraternity Council, Centennial Chairmen, Assistant Chairmen, and Administrative Director Letter Page 2, April 30, 1969

In this letter, Anna Morningstar apprises Fraternity President Louise Barbeck and other fraternity officers of the progress made towards a commemorative stamp for 1970. She writes that she and Carolyn Carter visited with several members of Congress to make their case for the stamp. Morningstar reminds everyone that if the stamp is granted, that the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee will select an artist to produce the image. She concludes her letter optimistic that the stamp will be approved, but cautions against telling too many members at this time. The first page of this letter is also available.
