In this letter, Anna Morningstar thanks Senator Jennings Randolph of behalf of Fraternity President Louise Barbeck for his support of a commemorative stamp that would honor higher education for women. Morningstar writes that the fraternity is also keeping Kappa Alpha Theta apprised of the stamp's progress since it will honor both organizations' centennial.
