In this letter to Fraternity President Louise Barbeck, Senator Ralph Yarborough expresses his interest in a commemorative stamp that would honor higher education for women. Yarborough also explains that the senate committee on which he sits has no authority to select a commemorative stamp, but he has forwarded the proposal to the Citizens Stamp Advisory Committee for consideration.
