In this letter, Representative Robert Corbett writes to Louise Barbeck to forward a response he received from the office of the Postmaster General about a commemorative stamp in 1970 that would honor higher education for women. He makes special note that the proposal will be considered by the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee for the 1970 program.
