In this letter to Fraternity Presiden Louise Barbeck, Representative Earle Cabell writes that the Representative Dominick Daniels referred a letter from Barbeck to himself about a commemorative stamp in 1970 that would honor higher education for women. Cabell also writes that he is happy to contact the Post Office Department about the matter and will write again when he has a response.
