Jennings Randolph to Louise Barbeck Letter, April 24, 1969

Jennings Randolph writes to Fraternity President Louise Barbeck thanking her for her letter about a commemorative stamp in 1970 that would honor higher education for women. He also informs her that it is the Postmaster General with the advice of the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee who selects and issues stamps. However, he concludes the letter by saying that he has written to the Post Office Department on the subject and would also be willing to write to the Postmaster General about it.
