Paul C. Wheeler to Mrs. William S. Kanaga Letter, April 12, 1971

In this letter, Paul Wheeler thanks Mrs. William Kanaga for her earlier letter about the need to disburse funds from the Centennial Fund. He provides some information about the connection between the University of Missouri and Howard Rusk, head of Institute of Rehabilitative Medicine in New York which the fraternity aids through philanthropic efforts. He proposes that the fraternity establish a faculty position relating to rehabilitation. Wheeler also writes that he is enclosing a copy of a large capital funding project from the past year to provide insight into the department's doings.
