Quentin N. Burdick to Louise L. Barbeck Letter, April 30, 1969


In this letter, Senator Quentin Burdick writes to Louise Barbeck to forward a response he received from the Postmaster General about a commemorative stamp in 1970 that would honor higher education for women. He makes special note that the proposal will be considered by the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee for the 1970 program.
