Fraternity President Frances Alexander writes to Cavette, dean of women at UCLA, regarding a recent resolution by the National Panhellenic Conference about a united college panhellenic council. Alexander indicates that, although Kappa Kappa Gamma signed the resolution, they will continue to cooperate with the university administration and not join in any off-campus operations in order to secure a united college panhellenic.
