Attorney William Baird of the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity and editor of The Beta Theta Pi replies to District Attorney Ledyard P. Hale about the Beta Beta chapter lawsuit against Kappa Kappa Gamma (Heaton v. Hull). Baird thanks Hale for the trial records, returns them, and comments on the merits of the case. (Hale represented Beta Beta chapter in the suit.)
