Sara W. Morris of Woman's College of Baltimore directly petitions the Beta Beta chapter for a fraternity charter. The Woman's College of Baltimore was refused a chapter in 1894, and are trying again. The letter is undated but makes reference to an April 1896 event. (Woman's College of Baltimore became Goucher College in 1910.)
