Winnifred Willard of Alpha Iota at the University of Denver appeals once more to the Kappa Kappa Gamma chapters for their vote on joining the fraternity. Willard notes that their petition lost by one chapter vote last time, and she is encouraged that this round, they may be accepted. No formal petition is due to the Grand Council, instead a chapter vote will again suffice. Willard gives Jones updates on the university, to sway Beta Beta chapter's vote.
