Grand Secretary Carla Sargent replies to Miss Edmonds about the Beta Beta chapter charter withdrawal motion. Sargent asserts Beta Beta was notified immediately following the putting of the motion, and that nothing secretive is undertaken. The Grand Council vote is not yet complete.
