William Baird of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity at St. Lawrence University replies to Browning Society's Alice Grace and recommends the Kappa Kappa Gamma fraternity. Baird has written Kappa Kappa Gamma on their behalf, recommending a charter at St. Lawrence University. (Note that Baird continued to advocate for the charter he helped establish, during the 1898-1900 Beta Beta chapter charter withdrawal controversy.)
