The Key Editor Mary J. Hull replies to Beta Beta chapter's Catherine Stallman and declines to publish their articles. Hull calls attention to the recent legal summons served on Grand Council members. Hull asserts that the Beta Beta chapter has published the fraternity constitution. There is a note on the back, Plaintiffs' Exhibit 30, with descriptive information, 'Miss Hull refuses to publish articles in Key because chapter has published constitution.' Presumably this letter served as evidence in the Beta Beta chapter lawsuit against the fraternity.
