Tade Hartsuff to Mary Daily Letter, February 29, 1884

Grand President Tade Hartsuff writes to Mary Daily about the engraving cut again, its cost and design. Hartsuff does not feel the fraternity should be compelled to pay for a cut not all chapters could use, thus continuing the debate over who has control of the cut, the chapter or the fraternity. There is a handwritten list on the back of the letter.
