J. Ralston Werum informs the Fraternity that their current corporate documents do not include a statement that indicates where their remaining assets will be distributed upon a dissolution of the corporation. He suggests that Kappa Kappa Gamma rewrite either its Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws to include such a dissolution statement. This will require a vote at a general convention.
