John S. Howard replies to a letter from Jane Gould dated April 8, 1966 regarding tours that will be offered to Kappas during the 1966 National Convention. He first suggests that the four tours be consolidated into three offerings and that they be scheduled on different days in order to save on the cost of buses. Howard provides a number of other logistical details required to reserve the tours.
