Bright spells Estelle Burrows' name 'Burroughs' in this letter, but it seems to be about the same matter. Bright and Edmonds are trying to come to an understanding of how to initiate Burrows in Beta Beta chapter, given she is not currently at St. Lawrence. Bright's earlier letter is available.
