Grand President Bertha Richmond notifies Beta Beta chapter that the fraternity has voted that the charter be withdrawn. There is a note on the back, Plaintiffs' Exhibit 29, with descriptive information, 'Refuses to withdraw movement.' Presumably this letter served as evidence in the Beta Beta chapter lawsuit against the fraternity. These are the handwritten and typed versions of the letter.
