Grand Secretary Carla Sargent notifies the chapters that the fraternity has voted that the Beta Beta chapter charter be withdrawn. Sargent asks Beta Beta chapter to surrender their charter and fraternity documents. There is a note, Plaintiffs' Exhibit 21, with descriptive information.
