Carla Sargent to Kappa Kappa Gamma Chapters Letter, June 6, 1898

This is a handwritten copy of Grand Secretary Carla Sargent's letter to the Kappa Kappa Gamma chapters to explain the Grand Council's position on the Beta Beta chapter charter withdrawal. Sargent details recent correspondence and the timing of such. Sargent asserts the intent of the motion under scrutiny is to preclude future membership from St. Lawrence University, not to disenfranchise the current Beta Beta members. This letter is included in a Beta Beta chapter pamphlet, also in the collection.
