Grand Secretary Carla Sargent replies to Catherine Stallman's letter. Sargent asserts the fraternity constitution on voting, that the upcoming 1898 National Convention has no power on charters. Sargent writes that no action has yet been taken (on the Beta Beta chapter charter withdrawal), and that she will respond soon with copies of pertinent materials. This letter is included in a Beta Beta chapter pamphlet, also available in the collection.
